Interview with Cecil Q. Flowers This interview is part of the Civilian Conservation Corps Oral History Project, with access provided through the Kentucky Historical Society Digital Collections. Cecil Flowers discusses C.C.C reunions, his involvement in planning the reunions, and his experiences while in the C.C.C. Flowers was born in Pickett County, Tennessee, across the border from Clinton County, Kentucky and went to school in Clinton County.
